My Preferences

My Preferences allows options to be set that are unique to the logged in user such as password, email, and timezone that the user is in. To get to My Preferences, click on Tools -> My Preferences as follows:

This will then show you the following screen:

1. This lists the email address that is registered under your account. You can change it and then click Apply Preferences.
2. By default the Time Zone is set to GMT. When you change the Timezone, all of the time based events like version dates and times in Deki will change to reflect your local time.
3. It is highly recommended to change your password after initial invitation to MindTouch Deki to ensure security. To change the password, put your current password in the Old password field and then type your new password twice. Once you have done this click Apply Preferences.
